These tariffs include

Electricity per kWh (15 kWh per day is included) is € 0.45. Only excessive consumption will be charged.

For each guest, bed linen, towels and a beach towel are included.

The tenant delivers both the house and the outside terrace swept clean and tidy at departure. All garbage in the bin on the street in front of the building. If our cleaning team has extra work at the end of the rental period, those extra hours can be charged at 25 euros per hour.

Check-In is between 16:00 and 20:00, at different times a fee of minimum 75 euros applies.

Check out before 10:00 am.

Wireless internet and parking in the garage in the basement of the building are included in the rent.

The swimming pool is only open in the summer season (June-September).
